Chocolate Coconut Cake Slice

Using only 3 ingredients and taking 30 mins from start to finish…What’s not to like about this chocolate coconut cake?! Just perfect for when you need to bake something quick.

Ingredients

  • 200g/ 1/2 packet Food to Nourish Chocolate Cake Mix

  • 200ml Coconut cream

  • 2 Eggs

Method

  1. Pre heat the oven to 180c fan/ 200c.

  2. In a bowl whisk together the eggs and the coconut cream.

  3. Add the cake mixture and combine.

  4. Pour into a lined 11x7 or 8x8 baking tin. Top with desiccated coconut.

  5. Bake for 25mins. Cool before cutting.

Hints & tips

If you want to make a bigger slice, use the whole packet. Whisk 3 eggs and 1 tin of coconut cream together before adding the cake mix. Let it stand for 5 mins before pouring into the lined tin.
