No Boil Butter Chicken Pasta Bake

A quick & easy Italian-Indian pasta dinner for the family. Throw everything into a deep sided baking dish, cover and bake. Delicious!

Ingredients

  • 250g Pasta

  • 2 Chicken breasts, cut small

  • 1 Small red capsicum, diced

  • 1 Small green capsicum, diced

  • 1 Small red onion, diced

  • 300ml Cream

  • 500ml Passata

  • 250ml Chicken stock

  • 2 Cups of grated cheese

  • 1 Sachet of mingle butter chicken seasoning

  • Salt & pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven at 180c fan/ 200c/ 400f/ Gas 6

  2. Throw everything but the cheese in a deep sided baking dish, season with Mingle butter chicken, salt & pepper. Mix everything together.

  3. Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes.

  4. Remove from the oven and mix 1.5 cups of cheese into the pasta bake and sprinkle the rest over the top.

  5. Bake until the cheese is golden - about 10 mins.

  6. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving with garlic bread.
