Sumac Wedges with Garlic Feta Dip
Sumac wedges with garlic feta dip is an easy, full of flavour oven baked potato dish. Family friendly and so moreish. Serve these for an easy weeknight or weekend dinner.

Ingredients
6-7 potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
4 tbsp oilve oil
1.5 tbsp sumac
1 tsp garlic granules (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
Salt & pepper to taste
Garlic feta dip
1 cup sour cream
100g feta, crumbled
1.5 tsp sumac
1 tsp garlic granules ( or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
Juice of half a lemon
pinch of salt
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped finely
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 220c/ 200c fan. In a large mixing bowl, toss the potato wedges with the olive oil and seasonings so that they are evenly coated. Spread them in a single layer on a lined baking tray.
Place the tray to the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Flip the potatoes over and bake for another 15 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
Meanwhile, make the garlic feta dip: Mix all the ingredients together and season to taste with salt and pepper. Keep in the fridge in an airtight container until ready to use.
Transfer wedges to a serving plate and serve with the garlic feta dip. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
